1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OMOBL SSO Platform ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), an enterprise-grade Single Sign-On authentication service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OMOBL SSO Platform provides:

• Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication for web applications
• OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider capabilities
• User and group management with role-based access control
• Application management and integration
• Analytics and audit logging
• Multi-tenant theme customization

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account or be invited by an organization administrator. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Roles and Permissions

The Service implements a four-tier role system:

4.1 Master Admin

• Full system access and administration privileges
• Can manage all users, groups, and applications
• Can impersonate and view as other users

4.2 Group Admin

• Manages assigned groups and their members
• Can create subgroups and assign applications
• Limited to their group hierarchy

4.3 Member

• Basic access to assigned applications
• Can manage own profile
• View-only access to group information

4.4 Application User

• Access specific applications via SSO
• Permissions defined by application administrators

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity (except authorized impersonation features)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

6. OAuth/OIDC Integration

6.1 Third-Party Applications

When you authorize third-party applications to access your account through our OAuth/OIDC provider:

• You grant those applications the permissions you authorize
• We are not responsible for third-party application behavior
• You should review third-party privacy policies before authorization
• You can revoke application access at any time through your profile

6.2 Application Registration

If you register an application with our OAuth provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate application information
• Secure your client secrets and credentials
• Use the OAuth protocol correctly and securely
• Comply with OAuth 2.0 and OIDC specifications
• Respect user privacy and data protection laws

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OMOBL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

8.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

9.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting your organization administrator or us directly.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agency
• Extended account inactivity

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our retention policy
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the Service will be error-free or secure

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMOBL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OMOBL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or data submitted through the Service

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OMOBL operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality matters.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OMOBL regarding the Service.

15.2 Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
